The mid-season break was needed, and everyone appreciated having time off and being able to go home for Christmas. The team returned to Oxford last week to resume practice and everyone has been working hard. "I really don't know what to expect on this trip -- it's a bit like the first match of the season all over again. We made a lot of progress in the fall and I want the team to focus on executing what we've been working on. As long as we do that we will keep learning and making progress."
